the dual 150's are where you are going wrong. 'normal' 150's will fit. personally i use 3 assaults, 1600mm plate, and as many multi's as i can fit for gang and fleet. solo in a BB is much different though.

The Raven is pretty good for small group PVP and short range stuff, but yeah its the least useful BS for fleet sniping. Use a scorp for fleet. it doesnt take much training to make basic use of, and with racials you should be able to hit past 100...
